Air Conditioner and furniture
including furnishing in their flats. |

use LPG supply on their own. Sadan may
help in procuring them, if required. |

Electricity charges will be borne by
each resident based on the sub
meter reading provided in each flat. So
also the cable charge is to be
borne by each resident.

GUEST ROOM
This provision for guests of occupants
for short stays not more than 2/3 days on a chargeable basis of
Rs.500/-per day and the guests can avail of all the messing and other
facilities of the campus.
Each flat will be
provided with the following furniture and fittings
1) Pantry with
sink and built-in safes
2) Bath room with
wash basin and Western toilet with hot water facility
3) Built-in wall unit with shelves
4) One cot in type A flat and two cots
in B and C types complete with a set of 6” bed, 4 bed covers, 2 pillows
with cover and a rug. This is a one time initial supply only.
5) Working table with a chair
6) A small stool
7) Adjustable cloth line
8) One fan per room
9) Necessary lights and plug points
10) Dust Bins
Additional furnishings will be done by the
occupant at his own cost. The management would, however, assist the
residents in furnishing the rooms at their cost and convenience.
A separate agreement on stamp paper would
be entered into by the occupant with the foundation before occupation.
For
all house-keeping and other expenses like Garden Maintenance, security,
doctor’s visit, common light expenses, the expenses will be divided
among all the flats equally.
As on date it is estimated to cost about
Rs.1500/- per month.
