“Cleanliness is next to Godliness”.  The Foundation would take steps to engage adequate house-keeping staff who would broom, swap on a daily basis all the rooms and common areas. They will clear waste bins, clean the bath-room/toilet, wash basin and sink on a daily basis.

The garden, jogging track etc. will be maintained as a matter of routine by allotted personnel of the Foundation.

a) servants would handle the house keeping services in each flat  which includes sweeping and swapped with cleaning liquid during the morning hours at pre-arranged timings. So also the toilets are cleaned with detergents every day.

b)  The residents may avail of the washing facilities available in the Sadan and charges thereof borne by them, individually.

c) All common lighting arrangements will be charged with the house-keeping expenses equally among all the flat holders.  All electrical repairs, plumbing repairs etc.within the flat will be carried out by the foundation but cost borne by the resident.
