We are a non-profit making Charitable Organisation registered under Section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956.  This Organisation was incorporated in 1996 with the concept of building up a community of  senior citizens brought together in a campus to live in a secured comfortable environment with all facilities like food, medical attention, recreation like yoga, entertainment like T.V. with cable, fridge, A.C., Power point, a computer room, intercom-cum-telephone connection, uninterrupted power supply (UPS), library with newspapers & books on cultural subjects, auditorium for conferences, occasional talk and cultural and religious events etc. with a guest house.

The promoters, who are senior citizens themselves, have built homes at Sringeri both single and double rooms to accommodate 50 persons on a five acre plot of land with all those composite facilities. Promoters are also professionals. They have been moved by the appalling living conditions of  senior citizens in   the changed social fabric of our modern  life. The problem of old age has been accentuated by the longer span of life given to senior citizens with the advances made in  modern medicine. All of them today want  to live a life of  stress-free old age with   some comfort sustained by hygienic wholesome food and facilities for medical help in a happy environment,exposed to the world of information and entertainment.
